A recipe I have had FOREVER. A classic cookie.
2/3 cup margarine, softened
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
170 g dried cranberries
2/3 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat margarine and sugar together in medium bowl until fluffy and light.
Add eggs and mix well.
Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Add margarine mixture in several additions, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in cranberries and chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 9 minutes or until golden brown.
*don't over cook these as that will make them hard!*

These sound so good! I don't make oatmeal cookies very much so this sounds like a good one to start with! Thanks for linking up to What I Learned Wednesday! I look forward to seeing more!
