Day 1 and a little bit more

A few things.

1. I started today on Rhonna's second go around of the {21} Day Challenge. New topic. New start. Prayer. I want to start the habit of daily morning prayer. So thanks to Rhonna. So here is page one.

2. I just wanted to mention how *PROUD* I am of my two friends and fellow Scraptivity DT members for their big CK Hall of Fame wins. Congrats to Mary Macaskill and Vicki Boutin! You both deserve it soooo much!!

3. Been on a mad scrapping spree lately. Lots of quick pages to get "caught up" on things. (I know that is scrapbook profanity.) Feels good to do some 15 minute pages and get them in the *supposed-to-be-in-an-album* pile.
(This top page has a paper he brought home from Nursery one week where they talked about what we are thankful for. And of course Alden said cars. It doesn't show in the scan very well but he colored on it.)

4. Took Alden to the doctor today so she could flush his ears and try and improve his hearing. (He has so much wax in his ears that he can't hear properly.) While we were waiting in the patient room for our doctor Alden turns to me and says, "Mom, where is Dr. Suess?" I told him her name was Dr. Galagher. So he says "Well where is she?" :) Seriously he is so funny lately. Love it!

Hey Rhonda, have you ever heard of "candleing" your ears? Apparently it is a way to get rid of wax. I havn't heard much about it, but what I have heard seems to have worked. Maybe that might help your little guy. Love your challange!

WOW look at you go with the pages. So cute about the cars.

Hope everything is going well with cleaning out Alden's ears.

What a great topic to start your journal with Rhonda and you're doing by hand instead of by computer this time.

Wow! i am a bad blog reader! I am just seeing now that you are doing another 21-day challenge! AWESOME RHONDA! I am so excited to see that you are doing one on Prayer - something I don't do but am interested in. I want to bring more gratitude and introspection into my life, and I so think it would help!
