So yesterday I made this. Two recipes in one.
One for the pastry and one for the filling. I'm trying to think long term with it. I don't have to rush it. I've got lots of time!
And on another note.... when do girls stop doing this??

Poor Lucy! What had her so upset yesterday? Maybe I just got lucky, or maybe it is just because Cloe has 5 older brothers but I (knock on wood) haven't had a problem with her crying. She is dramatic, a little wild, fearless to the point of making me think I might actually have a heart attack one of these days. She is worse than the boys ever were! Maybe that is my trade off. Hugs and kisses for crying would be so much easier, LOL! Love that you stuck to the challenge! And love the new pic. The book is on my wishlist now.
And what a yummy tart it was! What are you making next?
